I've traveled to many spectacular places in the world and I've found inspiration from the settings, events and mood.

Sometimes when I'm writing stories, I get stuck and don't know how to proceed. While I'm on vacation, I come across many different unique settings and events and I get my inspiration to write from them. It can be frustrating when you get the writer's block, but sometimes it's amazing how you can get the craziest ideas for stories.
I have had such fantastic trips throughout my life, and whenever I'm on my way home (and back to reality), I'm thinking that this holiday was just what I wanted. Inspiration comes in several ways for me. Listening to stories, going to new cities, eating new foods, and, finally, going on new adventures.”
Interesting places I've traveled to out of the country:
1. Hawaii
2. Puerto Rico
3. Dubai
4. Mexico
5. Canada
6. Bahamas
7. India
After a vacation, I brim with enthusiasm and fresh thoughts, which I want to put into action as soon as possible. When you encourage yourself to actually unplug for a day...or recharge for a week, it's incredible what starts to run though your head. It has told me how important travel is to me, both personally and professionally. The time away from my usual surroundings has caused me to learn about life in a new light.
So, now that I've talked about how travel sparks my inspiration, I'm curious as to what sorts of stuff stoke your creative fire. Is it a trip to a new location for you? A leisurely stroll in your neighborhood? A cup of coffee for your closest friend in the afternoon? Please tell me about it in the comments section below.
