Anitha Sharma

My name is Anitha Sharma, and I was born in Yonkers, New York on Christmas Day in 2001. From an early age, I developed a love for reading, writing, and storytelling, drawing inspiration from the books I devoured during my school years. As a middle schooler, I spent countless hours crafting imaginary scenarios that eventually blossomed into full stories. At fourteen, I wrote my first chapter book, Stolen Friendship—a personal project I kept secret for years before deciding to share it with the world.

Since then, my passion for writing has grown. I published an adventure novel titled True Genius and am currently working on my next book, Shallow Dreams. My stories often blend real-life experiences and fictional elements, creating narratives that feel personal and relatable.

Beyond writing, I enjoy reading, playing the flute, traveling, and volunteering. There's nothing more rewarding to me than bringing smiles to people's faces through service.

Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Systems at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where I continue to fuel my curiosity and creativity. Stay tuned for updates on my upcoming projects!
